I am a highly organised individual with a depth of local knowledge, offering a personal approach to looking after the practical needs of your second home.
I created Above & Beyond to offer second-home owners on the Llŷn Peninsula a personal, dependable point of contact — someone to help organise the practical details while they're away.
My experience includes working at a Mercedes-Benz garage and Pwllheli Marina, as well as 26 years working in the NHS. These roles have shaped my approach to service: understanding people's expectations, building trust and paying attention to the details that matter to them. I hold a level 5 certificate in leadership and management. I also hold a clean driving licence and have a recent DBS check. For your reassurance, Above & Beyond holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
My aim is to work with a manageable number of owners so that the service stays personal. I want to get to know you, your home and how you like things done, and help coordinate the right local people when you need them.

Enquire about Above & BeyondScheduled checks allow up to 30 minutes at the property and cover visual checks of accessible areas. Coordination allowances include calls, emails and attendance. Unused time expires each month; additional work is agreed and charged separately. We agree visit frequency with you, taking your insurer’s requirements into account.
Book separately or use your package’s applicable time allowance. Purchases and third-party services are additional.
Cleaning, gardening, repairs, groceries, flowers and other purchases are priced separately and approved by you before being arranged. Ordinary travel is included within your agreed service area. More distant properties, large homes, lengthy waiting time and out-of-hours attendance are quoted separately. Emergency attendance is subject to availability. Your written quote confirms the total payable before you book.
